  • NSLEOA Appeal for help during 79th Session of the Nevada Legislature
    Updated On: Mar 23, 2017

*** Please download this file and post at your agency ***

The Nevada State Law Enforcement Officers’ Association (NSLEOA)
    NEEDS YOUR HELP

During the 79th Session of the Nevada Legislature

The 79th Session of the Nevada Legislature will begin Monday, February 6, 2017, and the NSLEOA is asking for your help!!! We all want stronger benefits and better pay - but we need YOUR help to accomplish this.  A few of us alone can't do it!!

Nevada State Peace Officers have a stronger voice through UNITY, TEAMWORK and SUPPORT and we have a greater chance for change if we come together as one large group! NSLEOA is asking for volunteers to join us in either the Carson City or the Las Vegas locations to stand together as one LARGE voice during key testimony for the rights of Nevada Peace Officers.

Due to the fast paced and ever changing schedule during the legislative sessions, it’s impossible to know EXACTLY when all of the topics we are fighting for (or against) will be discussed. There is a schedule posted but sometimes it may be minutes or hours before we know of a change in lobbying topics that affect us.  Because of this, we need volunteers that are willing to be present and/or testify and let us know their schedule.  With this schedule, we will notify you when important topics arise so you can help stand in unity!!

T-Shirts are being made and will be given out to show one large presence of law enforcement supporters!! Please recruit your friends and family to join in this cause - Anyone can stand together to show unity for law enforcement - not just NSLEOA Members!!

    Lobbying Locations:

    CARSON CITY

    Nevada Legislation Building

    401 S Carson Street

    LAS VEGAS

    Grant Sawyer State Office Building
     555 E Washington Avenue

If you want to be part of the cause, please send the following information to

President Sean Giurlani – at 775-720-4304 or 702-813-7409
